Lisbeth Oscuvilca is OnTimeCoder’s project manager and owner.  With an M.Ed. in Administration, and various administrative jobs working for others, Lisbeth formed OnTimeCoders in 2016. She takes client relationships seriously, and has an intuitive understanding of client concerns and needs.

Bill Van Horne is OnTimeCoder’s principal programmer.   Bill has a B.S. in Physics and an M.Ed. in Educational Technology. Having been a programmer for over 40 years, and having dismantled and tinkered with computer hardware and related technology for over 35 years, Bill transforms his vast experience into simple, economical solutions.

Bilye Quispe is a programmer and data analyst with experience developing machine learning models and managing Linux servers. His toolset includes technologies such as Javascript, PHP, Python, SQL, and Cloud Computing. His specialty is backend development.

Marko Matamoros is a junior programmer passionate about technology. He currently works with Javascript, ThreeJS for 3D graphics, PHP and Perl.

John Buchanan is one of OnTimeCoder’s primary resources when creative, practical suggestions are needed. John's unique perspective and knowledge-base on widely disparate topics allow him to envision possibilities not otherwise discoverable.

Molly Moynihan has her PhD in Biological Oceanography, and is our resource for all things related to statistics and the programming language 'R'.
